The Labour Hire Licensing Scheme Decision Regulatory Impact Statement (Decision RIS) identifies the nature of the issues to be addressed in the labour hire industry. It explains the rationale for the preferred option. It also assesses a cost benefit analysis of the scheme proposed by the Labour Hire Licensing Bill 2017.This Decision RIS follows the guidelines of the Queensland Government Guide to Better Regulation. It has been approved for release by the Queensland Productivity Commission.
